Soil Disposal Procedures

OC Waste & Recycling's criteria for the acceptance of soil are required in order to protect the environment and ensure regulatory compliance.

  1. Fill out the Soil Information Form found here.
  2. Fax the form to 714-834-4057 or email it to soil@ocwr.ocgov.com, along with the items required in the form. The form will be reviewed by a Materials Regulation Specialist, who will notify you of the required lab tests.

  4. 4. Soil acceptance letters will be issued within three working days of receipt of the lab results and all other documentation.  Materials Regulation Specialists will review the lab results and determine if the soil is approved for disposal.
