2500ft. Flyover Ortega Highway, shown in the top left corner leads to La Pata Avenue, shown in the middle-right of the picture, which is the access road to the Prima Deshecha Landfill. The white area, in the middle of the landfill, is a liner placed at the bottom of the new fill area to prevent moisture from entering the groundwater.
