Detail: The County of Orange is releasing its Draft Preliminary Climate Action Plan (CAP) for a 21- day public review and comment period. The document can be accessed online beginning August 1st through August 21st. Comments received on the Preliminary CAP will be used to evaluate measures in the Final CAP being developed in conjunction with the California Environmental Quality Act process. 

The County will be hosting a public forum meeting to take additional ideas and comments.
